Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in service delays or cancellation, and associated charges may apply. ### Scheduling & Cancellation To maximize the quality of our services, VentVisionaries requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24-hour notice may incur a cancellation fee amounting to 50% of the scheduled service fee.
